Agency 22 Insurance Group is seeking a dynamic and driven Insurance Agent to join our team! As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying and analyzing clients' insurance needs, and offering appropriate policies to meet their requirements. You will expand the company's book of business by soliciting company driven, warm leads which are generated by our expansive referral network. This is a unique position where you can easily feel the rewards of hard work and motivation.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing clients' insurance needs and identifying suitable policies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Ensuring policy documents are accurate and up-to-date
• Investigating and resolving client's servicing needs, concerns, and complaints
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement
• Work efficiently with our affiliates and referral sources

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields is required
• Ability to learn how to navigate company systems, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce and managing electronic files and records
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $32,500.00 - $110,000.00 per year
